Just happened to read your comments about your own dissappointment.

Well will not write much, just few things;

1. Film is not about dyslexia only! The main focus is on INCLUSION. How children with special needs are placed in mainstream schools, and also talks about the attutude of parents and teachers.

2. As you mentioned in first few lines child SUFFERING from dyslexia. For your kind information Dyslexia is not a disease.

3. The movie made its point very clear and is for the people who have no or half baked knowledge about this subject. (just like you! who happened to hear a new word dyslexia and started making comments.)

4. Diresctors, actors made a thorough research on the topic to do a film.

And again I would like to emphasis on the message that it is on INCLUSION.

so here u go heard a new word, go somewhere and comment on it with half baked information.

I believe the main charectors of the film are parents. It is their fight against the evil of societal constrictions,and the influence of expectations. Despite being just one against all, i had and will believe the only role of parents is to nurture, applaud and get excited with childern. The examples cited in this blog and reply by pradeep only confirm - the freedom to children can have immense possibilities.
